Replacement engine identification

Hi All,

As from a previous post, ive just had the first service done on my 4.6 vogue.
My mechanic tells me it's had an engine replacement from Land Rover. So, i'm trying to find out info on the replacement.
It has a metal badge on the block with the following :

LAND ROVER PARTS LTD
Genuine Parts - Service Exchange
Model : LBB111490E
Serial No. AAAS36102 G6

I cant seems to find any info online as to how i can trace where this would come from / where it would have been done?
Anyone any ideas or is it a trip to Land Rover dealer to try & find out more?

ummmm.....a bit of a gap in there, well i say a bit (between 48k & 84k):doh: on 110k now
