Replacement Chassis for Landcover Defender TDI 90

I am looking for a new chassis for my Landrover TDI 90 and a specialist mechanic to carry out the work .
I am in East Kent uk .Any ideas ,please.....

Welcome to LZ.

Richards and Marsland are the established makers of galvanised chassis, there is also an Irish company called Shielder, but opinions on them are mixed.

Can't help much with the fitting, I don't know the area. But there are a lot of garages that will do the work. You will need to assess the bulkhead too, if it is very ropey there isn't much point in putting it back on, better to get that reconditioned before the rebuild as well.

Did mine for me, just dropped it off and picked it up a week later.

Welcome to the forum

Be careful where yer buy a chassis from. Some are good and some cr*p. Same for garages offering to do the work. Ask in the tratter section below where others have had a new chassis fitted to their heap. Don't buy until they confirm it's a good supplier.
