Replace lamp vent. selector

Hi,
I'm pretty sure it's been covered before but can't find, sorry in advance, but is it correct that one has to dismantle the whole front dashboard in order to be able to replace the little bulbs behind the ventilation selector (and other selectors) above the cigarette lighter/ashtray ??

if this is one fl1, then no you don't. pull the three knobs off (ooer matron), undo the screws and lift the fascia off.

think there might be two screws at the bottom of the panel too (just checked, haynes says no, just the two screws behind the three knobs)
