repair panels

does any one know where i can get any rapair panel for the the door on my 110 the one behind the the front door. where the inside trim runs across the top above the lock is rotton so i need the repair panel it's about 3inches high the width of the door with a profile

I couldn't find owt so ended up knocking one up out of an owld biscuit tin an brazing it on.
