Hi all,
New to the fourm and new to land rovers. I have a 1993 defender 90 with some nice big dents in the wings.
Want to give panel beating a go and if it all goes horribly wrong ill just buy new wings.
Anyway brought a set of beating hammers and dollies and just after some tips before I go and make a mess of the landy!!
I'm aware I have to anneal the panel by using the blow torch and soap method but what I'm not clear of (and might sound a bit stupid) do I have to work whilst the metal is hot by keep reheating or do I only heat it the once?
Thanks in advance for any help given
I'll upload some pics shortly
Dave
