Removing 3rd row of seats

Pick up my new disco later this week (2001 td5 es) - I will want to remove the occaisional seats from the back - is this just a matter of unscrewing a few bolts or is it more difficult ?

It is as easy as that however be aware that the bolts holding the seat to the sides of the car are spring loaded. I had no problems getting them in or out

I took mine out - 5 minutes a side.

They are now in the attic.

I wonder if anyone wants them ...
