In the middle of the spigot that fits in the prop there is a m8 thread. You will need to use a puller or deep socket with a nut and bolt caking as a puller to pull the spigot out then behind this you have a bug nut, once nuts removed then the flange will come off.

Can be a real pain in the ass to pull. The last disco I done it on it came out quite easy with a home made puller but my current disco it would not budge so I cut it off with the grinder

Mine was so tight I put a ratchet strap around the front axle, to a steel (tirfor) cable through the flange, put on the pressure and proceeded to hit it, after trying to grind it away. When it finally did pop out, thank god I wasn't in its firing line!! Some do just pop off though so I've heard/read.

So ive got get the shiny bit off 1st them undo the 24mm nut n get flange off. Diff is off the disco. So able to stick it on benchd
