Removal of end caps rear bumper

I am looking at removing the plastic sills and the bit of plastic on the bumper. No problem with them have already ordered new clips. ( doing a bit of rust prevention treatment.)

Can't see how to remove the end caps on the rear bumper though. Is there a way to do with out removing the whole rear bumper.

You need to pop out the rear bumper lights IIRC and you can access the fastenings from there.
