relay clicking when heater control is moved,

Hi All.

Stupid question when i switch the cabin heater control from cold to hot the revs go from low to high, there's a relay clicking from fuse box.

is it a td4? if so you could have the PTC heater

positive temperature coefficient heater. i'm only guessing it's got one. it's an additional electrical heating element within the heater for extra heat in cold conditions.

... or the aircon automatically switching on on the demist setting.
