Had the boot seats down today and when I tried to fold them back up one won't fold into the side.
I can push the back of the seat flat and if I twist the handle the seat releases from the floor but then it doesn't fold. I can see underneath that there is a cable with a sort of S shape and looking at the other seat I can see where it is supposed to go but can't see how to fit it.
Is this one of those LR jobs where you have 2 hours dismantling and reassembly for a 2 minute fix?
Anyone refitted the cable before? Do you have to take the seat out to refit the cable? Any hints or tips please.
They are the forward facing boot seats.
