I have a problem with the fuel gauge of a left hand drive Freelander TD4 2002, which stucks in the middle or goes down suddenly and doesn't show the true level of diesel.
I believe that the sender unit/pump located in the tank is at fault.
Depending on which websites I go, the reference of the part is either XNB100520/YAD000070 or YAD000080.
Could someone please confirm with the chassis number (SALLNABE8 2A234709) which one is the right one.
As far as I can see, the right part is the latest but I want to make sure before I order as the car is already in Africa.
If any of you know of a tutorial to replace it, it will be a great help
