Ah... OK. 04--off lines to four corners; 02-off to/from air dryer, then 02-off "others" smaller than t'others if I recall correctly. One goes to tank, so where does the last one go to?
The very thin pipe just goes into the plastic outer sheath with the other pipes for a couple of inches, it's an exhaust pipe and goes nowhere.
 
If you run a new pipe from valve block along engine bay and down of side to tank you won't have problems with exhaust again and you won't need a ramp to install it
 
Oh yer sorry forgot about your operation it would involve leaning over the engine bay and laying under car may be best to leave it a while

Is there some kind of pressure relief valve on the tank, or does it rely on the EAS exhaust valve to open when it's full?
No relief valve on the tank, there is a drain plug but it might not be possible to undo it. The pipe can be popped out under pressure, gloves and eye protection should be worn.
