Recommendation for Lambda sensors - D2 Thor

I need two new Lambda sensors on my 99 D2 Thor V8. It's running on LPG with a Romano Sequential system, and they're both not working.

It seems to be a minefield out there with all sorts of prices and qualities. I'd rather not pay LR dealer prices, but would worry that a cheapie would be a waste of money. I found some that say "not suitable for LPG" but don't know why that would be.

What advice can anyone give me please?

what makes you think there broken?

Because the output from them never changes.

that does not mean their f@cked especially with lpg,have you tried removing one of them and hooking up a multimeter to the signal and earth wire and playing a blowtorch over them? the "not suitable for lpg" bit is because its very easy to screw up the fuel trims on lpg and the eml light wouldn't come on even if the engine fell out.i went down this road with another car of mine when the lambdas would not cycle and after a lot of time and money(including changing the lambdas)I found out that the lpg injectors were fecked.

the lambda sensors from island 4x4 will work perfectly well with lpg, after all its an oxygen sensor,not a petrol or lpg sensor......

Island 4X4 say not to use on LPG because of the higher combustion temperatures. Not sure where they got that from, but that's what they told me when I asked.

I bought new Bosch ones in from Germany, but the Britpart ones seem OK.
