Range rover p062e-11
So I have a big problem

Rebuilded Motor
Keep getting code p062e-11 driver circuit performance

We rebuilded sdv 8 and First no start always Got short codes p062e and p062d (bank 2, bank 1 driver circuit performance).

All injectors was refurbished before puting them in and we were sure they work. Jokes on Us it was short on two injectors. Cylinder 2 and 6. So we started it and it lasted 10 min before dying. Open circuit injector 7 and p062e-11. Ok we bought New injector again. That fault never reapeered But engine keep dying and always code p063e-11.

it abd bought 2 more injectors (now all 4 are New).

Next step was cable check. No visable problems But engine would sometime start sometime flutter like not all cylinders are firing. Sometimes would run super for few minutes.

So after checking all connections we tried connectors.
Cleaned it again and bend them a bit together.
Car runned for 20 min(no codes) . Started to build car together and second start also ca 20 min no problem(no codes) . Proceededvto put parts on it and on trd start after ca 15 min RR died Just same as before.

Ok surly connectors right?(bank 2)
Ordered New ones from usa and changed them.

No diference car never runs more than ca 2 min.

I Proceededvto to to change cables But couldnt get connectors for ecu side so I Just left 5-10cm old cables from ecu side and and connected New cables with new connectors on.

IT made absolutley no diference. Car still dies on ca 2 min and sometimes flutter on start and dies instantly(that IS the čase from begining)

So ok injectors New cables New connectors New. Now im thinking Ecm right... So it went to specialist. Got a call today that everything he could test on bench IS perfect.

So im getting crazy with this car questioninig all things.

Bank 1 IS where cylinder one IS right? It says cylinder 1passanger side(workschop manual) (steering wheel on left when sitting in car).
What else could be giving this error beside injectors, cables and ecm?

How should i process?

Thank you for help.

@Dusan88 , I'm thinking this may be the wrong forum for you and you really need a dedicated Range Rover forum with guys/girls who know the 4.4ltr engine.

Logically, it's just a V8 diesel engine so the same principles apply.

1. Ignoring the fault code/s, is the engine engine timing correct?
2. Is the fuel system clear and supplying both correct volume and pressure of diesel...and are all diesel lines air tight including the return line?
3. From what you have described the injectors are all good, so have you tested each injector line signal frequency and voltage strength at the each injector connector?
4. Have you tried to clear the existing fault codes? I do not know this engine but have worked on many EFi V8's and nearly always the V8 ECU needs codes clearing before a restart.
5. Do you know what each reoccurring fault code means? This is important as will normally direct you to the fault function/area...
6. Could the issue be a closed loop P fault caused by a blocked DPF? [diesel particulate filter] If a closed loop fault this will cause other symptoms and ultimately the ECU will switch off engine if it thinks the fault will cause damage to the engine.

Ask your post Q?'s to the Range Rover Forum, their must be owners who'd experienced similar + have you searched YouTube for similar fault videos?
