Rear window re programing on my 2014 fl2 the rear windows only open 2 inches on one touch how do I reprogram them to open fully on one touch ????

hand book says same as the mans post but dont work , i found the procedure before but cant find it again ?Either with a suitable diagnostic programmer, or follow the recalibration process in the owners handbook.
No idea to what man you're referring too?
The windows will need to be reset if the battery
is disconnected, becomes discharged, or
power supply is interrupted.
Reset as follows :-
1. Close the window fully.
2. Release the switch, then lift it to the close
position and hold for two seconds.
3. Open the window fully.
4. Release the switch, then push it to the
open position and hold for two seconds.
5. Lift and release the switch to operate the
one touch function.
6. Repeat the procedure on each window.

No that don't work. What I mean is when you open the rear windows you have to push the button twice to get it to fully open or it only opens 2 inches
Sounds like the windows are stiff, which is activating the anti-trap function.
If you gently help the window go down, does it go all the way down with just 1 push?

no its called the ventilation step but i cant remember how to reprogram it
I'm not sure about that, mine doesn't have that function.
