its normal practice just to do the noisy one unless its been used off road and failure has ben caused by mud /water etc

How difficult is it to replace rear wheel bearing on a freelander? The big drive shaft nut needs 295 ft/lb, how do I achieve this as my torque wrench only goes up to 150? do I need to buy another one? Also the nut should be replaced according to Haynes manual. Is this really necessary?

Nuts are only a few £ and I used the cars weight to undo the nut with the help from a bottle jack
Just done it up as hard as I could been ok for a year now

just stand on the bar have it set at 150 and just ignore the clicks then should be ok but it is according to how much you weigh

I have a torque multiplier It's a length of steel tubing that slots over the end of me 2ft breaker bar..
