rear tub bracket

Hi does anyone know what the l shaped bar is called above the rear seat belt outrigger? it connects to the rear tub with a single nut and bolt either end, both mine are rusted or have been snagged and are snapped in middle?

I have a 1989 One Ten Parts Catalogue, so it's probably in there. How long is it and what does the other end bolt onto? A picture would be good as I can't find anything certain in the catalogue.
