I want to put new rear springs on my 110 for towing my caravan down to cornwall in the summer, but my springs look a bit lame at the back, so went to look at some on paddockspares and was confused by all the lbs/ft symboles and what does it all mean?.

Look ere land rover spring specifications
if it still don't help just fit standard springs or HeavyDuty HD if you carry a lot of gear in the back..

I fitted heavy duty springs the ones with the helpers in mine from Bearmach and I carry some weight and they have been great.

ive a set of almost new H/D springs for a 110 for sale yours for £20+postage
