Hi sorry if this is wrong place, guide me to correct place if you want.

rear seat, the double behind the driver seat, won’t click into place upright, won’t release from runner to tip fully forward. Cannot remove seat as normal as it is stuck down. Any tricks to getting it up ( no viagra jokes ). I have gotten to the stage that disc cutter is going to come into play

I have had this sort of problem for ages now. If it won't allow the back to rise, and lock into position, ensure the lever behind the seat, with a strap attached to it is fully down.
Don't whatever you do force the back up, like I did!
If you cannot release the rear catch to tip the seat forward, firstly make sure the rear part (upright) is completely down then have a bash at the lever with the strap on it, gently with a rubber hammer and lots of lubricant to ensure it is fully in the down position.
As mine will no longer lock into the upright position I regularly take it out, 4 bolts, needs torx type fitting, and the parts of the bolts which protrude beneath the body were rusted up and thus hard to extract, the first time!
But yes you can only get to two of them with the seat squab flat.
Best of luck:):):)
