Rear Seat Problem

I recently had my rear seat folded up however when I to put the seat back up it would not return to the seating position. I removed the three bolts of the plastic cover of the seat mechanism I found that the 2 clips that support the movement was the fault one of the clips was missing and the other broken.

Can anyone advise me of the part number and where I can purchase 2 new clips.
