Rear quarter panels, tub.

Hi all. Just lateley on some rough lanes I keep folding in my rear quarter panels right behind the rear wheels. I was wondering wether to weld a stronger bracket off of the rear cross member, but this may do more damage than just bending it.
Or I found this online

Has this rear tub been cut? or is it off of something else?

i would say its been cut as a lot of peeps do to stop them from being damaged when off roading but i personally think it make them look daft

Yeah it does look odd. I do keep banging mine up though. I ripped part of the galvanise corner off last time. Hmmm what to do. I usually go for originality over function.

i had parabolics and 7.50s on mine and never had a problem, mite be the way to go if you haven't already

Really? So when did you have the nasty collision with the scaffold?

I've just received the rear corner pieces for my Series from MIB, fitting them at the weekend. I'm forever bending the panels behind the rear wheels, this should sort it.
