Hi guys just joined today as I could do with some help. Have just removed the rear propshaft on my Landrover 90. Would I be right in thinking that I should still be able to drive it as a 2 wheel drive ? Reason for asking is that having tried to drive it, it feels like it is being held back (bit like when the hand brake sticks on) and wasn't sure if I was doing something daft. Appreciatre any help you can offer.:)

Do you think for one moment, if you had your knob chopped off, you'd still be able to have full penetrative sex.:doh:

one of the first jobs i did was that. drove a week with one prop. it will feel like that. only thing it puts strain on the other prop. mine went flying off the day before i was going to do the job. (bugger) i had to run back and get it and bolt it back on to get home. just listen for any noise that comes on while u are driving. mine started low knock, kept it up for 2 days to get too work my fault. depends on how good the UJs on the other prop at the end of the day.
