I drilled the sides of the old one on ours & then collapsed it inwards so I could then prize it out & press the new one in.

Does the bearing actually need replacing? Mine seemed OK so I just kept the new bearing as a spare and changed the coupling.
I'm on my 4th coupling now but still running the original bearing.

Yes I think it needs replacing because the plastic is broken where the spring is being held

Yeah next time I will do that on the long run its better. All I need is to buy a 200 prop shaft? Or I need to buy other stuff

You need 200 prop and a 4 bolt flange for diff. The bush on the 3 bolt prop is something you should replace but you can get away with not. Its a pain of a job tho

didnt think it would be such a pain to be honest. but next time ill do the 200 prop
