Rear Mud Flaps . . .

. . ok, sure someones had this happen to them as well. Taking off what was left of the old rear flaps - and a couple of bolts come out ok, a couple shear off, and a couple bring the whole nut assembly from within . .

Whats the best way (maybe the only way) to refit?? Not really too keen on self tappers in different place mind you
