Rear fog lights

I have a 2012 FR2 and the left rear fog light is not working but the right rear fog light is ok. I have checked the bulb and tried a new one but it has not fixed the problem. I have checked all three fuse boxes and no fuse is marked as being for the rear fog lights. I see that 2013/14 models have separate fuses for left and right rear fog lamps - was it the same for earlier cars but they were not marked? ALternatively, any other suggestions to fix the problem are appreciated.

I'm sure the fog lamps are powered from the Central Junction Box, using output transistors. Its not common for them to fail, but more investigation will be needed. Check for power at the bulb holder, and work forward through the wiring and various connectors towards the CJB.

Thanks Nodge68. I solved the problem this morning. On close inspection there was a bit of deposit on the connector inside the bulb holder. I cleaned this off and all is well now.
