Rear door wheel carriers?

Any recomendations for a swingaway type rear wheel carrier?
I tend to use the rear door all the time due to the dogs,
Any pros and cons or recomendations with different makes?

Recently fitted a Mantec one. It opens nice and smooth and doesn't rattle. I do have one gripe tho, the fitting instruction weren't exactly accurate and there were fasteners missing from my fitting kit. I would still recommend it but it was bloody expensive. There are similar types which are cheaper but I was uneasy about mail ordering something I hadn't seen in the flesh first.

How much is the Mantec one likely to cost me?

I wrote an article on this topic a few years ago for LRO comic: Mantec actually supply the swingaways for most of the bigger players. I had about 8 sent to me to review and of those 8, 6 were Mantec!! (and no, I didn't get to keep any of 'em )
IRRC the only slightly different one was the simmonites one, I've got a mantec on H.L. which has been in use probably 6 or 7 years. So basically, either of those 2 are a good buy, anyone elses' and you'll probably just pay a middleman for a mantec product

Yeah, the fitting instructions were all pretty vague; I'll see if I can put my hands on the mag as I can't get hold of the copy I wrote, since it's inside my currently-dead PC!

Expect to pay around £230. I tried all over to get it cheaper but in the end I got mine at Keith Gott, which is localish to me.

Ebay.

Mantec ones sometimes crop up.

paddocks do one that cheaper if you want it.

i have a ****part one on my 110 and had to admit its not to bad for ****part part!

While I am sure the mantec ones are good quality I can't bring myself to pay north of £200 for a bent bit of metal and a couple of hinges!

its a britpart one and is the same as i have fitted to my depender.

IIRC Part of the fitting kit in the pricier ones used to be bracing for the back door; it's worthwhile checking what you're getting for your money!!
