Rear Door Wheel Carrier

Is the rear door wheel carrier held on with nuts and bolts or are the nuts captive.

Normally there a support plate needed as the weight of the tyre or if your american tire warps the rear panel on the door causing stress from flexing.

If it's of any help, the nuts are held in place by bolts.
