Rear Door issues

Hi all,
Im wondering if any of you can help me. As of yesterday the rear door and window on my freelander have stop working, i have seen a couple of threads but none seem to have the combination of both up the creak.

Have checked the fuses and all are fine, Can anyone throw some light on the issue and what the next port of call is??
