Rear door frame trim removal

Need to treat the rear door frame interface to rear quarter panel to stop the progress of rust. First I need to remove the trim. Having not removed one before, is this just a clipped trim (i.e. one that inevitably breaks the one way clips when prised off), or is it attached by long screws from inside? (Which will mean removal of inner trim to get to them if they exist). Picture attached to describe the piece of trim that I mean.

you need to remove the trim on the INSIDE of the door pillar, once this is off you will see three holes in the pillar, look inside these holes and there are three 8m/m nuts that hold the trim in place. :)

Thanks for the tip. Nice job for Sunday now I've finished adding some new waxoyl underseal to the chassis.
