Very simple job. I just did the same thing last Saturday.

Undo the rear prop.
Undo 1 nut to remove the diff flange.
Replace the (£3.50) seal - pull out with a large screwdriver and tap new one in with a small flat punch.
Replace flange and tighten nut.
Re-connect rear prop.

30 mins max.

On the 90 though there are 4 versions of the seal so VIN and Axle serial No are needed (or number off old seal). Of course the 110 may be different.
