Rear Diff Guard problem

Hi Guys! New to the forum so hopefully someone will be able to help me. Just got myself a terrafirma T854 rear diff guard for my 2014 defender 110. It came supplied with 2x 20 mm long hex head M10 bolts to screw directly into the diff casing to hold the diff guard at the front. The problem is the diff casing itself has the 2 holes drilled and threaded already in place to take the bolts but they seem to be too big for the bolts. The bolts supplied are too small in thread and actually length. They only just grip the thread so I can wiggle them out. Anyone know what bolts these should be to hold this diff guard in place. Please help!! Off road weekend booked and would like to get this sorted.
