Rear cross member corrosion

Hi all,

I am preparing for a waxoyl treatment and have foind a bit of a problem...

I wasnt really sure what to call this thread as basically i am not sure what the part is called. I have added a picture but it is the part that goes from the rear cross member, back corner of a 90 and connects on to the bottom of the tub??

Can anyone point me in the direction of the part? What is replacement like? Does it require welding or is it bolted at both ends, i couldn't see one side of the bolts.

2006, its the bar that connects to the seat belts... Very hard to get hold of it seems.

To give an update... New part arrived today, still waiting for the fitting kit, old part has been removed. Safe to say the corrosion was worse than first thkught, there isnt much holding the old one together.
