Rear courtesy lights and cruise control not working - help

Hi folks

New to the site but need your help -

I have a w plate range rover vogue but cant get the rear courtesy and map reading lights to work at all on either side but the bulbs are fine. Presume the fuse is ok as the manual says it is shared witht the amps etc for the radio and all that works fine.

Also can't get the cruise control to work - button on centre consol lights up when pressed but when trying to use buttons on wheel it wont work (can hear a click under my knees somewhere....relay?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
