I have bleed the system, fitted new brake shoes, changed the rear wheel cylinders adjusted the adjustment setting on the brake locking to slacken it up but rear right still locks up before the other three wheels. What should I check next anyone ?

The bore of the slave cylinder on the affected wheel.
Then when you have fixed that, sort out them ****s at the channel tunnel:rolleyes:

Check you haven't got a warped (oval) drum, if its had water sitting in it in one position for a while and has rusted internally when it cleans itself off you will have a slightly out of round drum surface which can cause the brakes to grab.

I renewed both slave cylinders on the rear. . It was the same before I changed them. So looks like I have to look into the Channel Tunnel, what ever that is?

Just because they look the same doesnt mean they are, its the diameter of the cylinder inside the alloy casing.
Im not sure on a 90 but on the series drum brakes the return spring has to go in a certain place and not where you would think it goes.

You really dont know what the channel tunnel is?

Thanks, I was thinking of changing the Drums, they are only about £18.

The penny dropped this morning when I read your reply again. Must have been the wine. Yes those B-----s at the Channel Tunnel do seem to be causing a problem. Typically of the French they just ignore them and hope they make it to the UK sooner rather than latter.
