Rear bed mounted winch in csw

Im mounting a rear winch in the back of the of my 90 was wondering if anyone has come up with any clever solutions using it with the door closed rather than having to keep it open. Was thinking maybe some sort of flap maybe

How about cutting a hole out the back lf the crossmember and mount it on the back with a winch tray welded into the chassis.

Want it inside so I don't have to run the rope off and mess with cleaning it every time I been out in the mud. Have the mount sorted already.
