Ere then.I have replaced rear cross member so im going to put in some arch protectors.A have some steel belt conveyer belt from the quarry.Has anyone else made these ??

No but I am the same mission as you as I have just replaced my rear x-member and was thinking of the same thing.
I have got some heavy duty battery mat about 9mm thick.
I was gunna just fix it in the arch with stainless screws.
was also gonna protect that bit between the bulkhead O-rigger and the floor.
Interested in peoples experiences too
