re-2-stroke oil

Some of you might have seen this thread from another forum - what do you think?

I've run my 300 on veg oil, 2 stroke oil, gearbox oil, ATF, EP90, anything ... and it all works.

I can confirm that 2 stroke seems to work well, as they say, and seems to do a good job of cleaning the system up .. or at least it feels better, quieter, smoother etc, not necessarily more powerful or anything, just 'better'.

Only used small amounts from bottles left over from my Motocross/Trials days, of which I had a whole box full, so maybe 20+ uses of it, with maybe 10 more left! I don't use it every tank full, mostly just when i remember ..
