Rattly Drivers window

Hi All
I've Done a quick search and can't find an answer

The drivers window rattles badly when the door is slammed (sorry pushed gently!) to shut it. I looks like the lower section of guide inside the door has had it. Is there a fix? Is it one piece that goes right up or round the whole frame (part no would be handy) or two sections. Is more rust than metal I cant really tell what Im looking at!

The guides go from top of door to bottom. and have a couple of small screws holding them to the upper door section. as well as a bracket in the bottom half of the door. try googling defender door channel

thanks Pikey, cant get to it today but from that a guess theres one front and rear for each door, and a bet the rear's are different from the fronts. Do you have to take the whole door apart or do can they slip in from the bottom without taking the whole winder mech etc out?

meant fron and rear door's mine's got all 4 to do!

Never had a CSW (well I have but it was a series and never made it back onto the road ) only done fronts much easier to take window out to get new channel in. but that's a doddle of a job.
