Evening all (yes he's back!)

well, almost - asking on behalf of a friend

He's got a RaRo, and change the brake pads on the front today. When he
checked, he found 3 sets of pads were fine, but the fourth set were worn to
nothing.

Anyways, he change them over today, and when he was checking, the caliper on
the one that had worn to nothing, the bolts seems tight, but the caliper
itself moved slightly.

Brendans question - "is that right???"

cheers all

Not on any of my Rangies it wasn't. I can't explain how much I despise
caliper bolts after my experience with one that sheared.... off for
some ice fer me drink...
