Raptor dash

I've been think about one of these for months, but finally bit the bullet during a bout of insomnia in the middle of the night lol. My next question is, how many of you have also bought the dash binnacle support bracket and is it a mod worth doing?

Isn't it just a replacement for the original one. If your original one is ok there's no point.

I just got one to replace the old plastic one thats been in there 30 years it seems.

Didn't realise it was in such bad condition until I fitted a fresh one. If yours has broken then get the new metal one, nice made, fitted perfectly, job done. If your's isn't broken taking it out will most likely brake it, they are very brittle after years of sitting there.

That said, if you do plan to get the dash instruments off for any reason I'd recommend replacing it while doing that job, as it defiantly is going to last and last.
