I have a problem with the central locking on my 2003 (L322) RR Vogue. It all works as it should apart from the driver’s door not unlocking with key fob. When the key is pressed I can hear a “clunk” noise in the door. The driver's door can be opened by inserting the key into the lock. If using the dashboard locking button, all doors lock and unlock apart from the driver's door. I think I can deal with dismantling the door myself but need to know in advance which replacement parts to buy. Your help and advice would be much appreciated please.

Sounds like a dropped or broken link bar?
If you can lock it and unlock with the key then I would say something has come adrift!!
It may be a case of seeing what's broken before putting your hand in your pocket!!;)
Good luck

Cheeky fecker....I own the L322 - the other half owns the Freelander.....

No wonder you buggered off to France, couldn't find your way round the M25, so gave up and headed south :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D :p
How could you, I'm so upset.. I've only visited that carpark 3 times in my life!! And and and...

Shut up....:p

Can anyone drive round the M25? I thought blockages and holdups were obligatory.
And..... seeing as the Severn Bridge is now Toll-Free, when do we think the Dartford crossing will follow suit?
