Hi. I,m Ron, my engine cuts out at 3,100 rpm.If I let the revs die down the engine then performs perfectly until 3,100 rpm is again reached.Help please. Also when I raise the suspension to maximum height, then return to normal, the right rear goes slightly lower than the left. Is this adjustable? vehicle is left hand drive. Mileage only 96,000 kilometers. Ron, Ps Am a better mechanic than I am on the computer!

Hi ! And welcome. Sounds like a height sensor out of kilter. Try looking at some old threads about EAS. Guessing you new to wonders cutting edge 1990s technology. Visit rangerovers .net and find your way to rswsolutions. Storey Wilson has done great stuff with the EAS system. His videos explain clearly about problems and home fixes & mods. Took me a few repeats to get it all off pat but well worth it. To play with the EAS you`ll need connecting lead (buy or make) & software (free or donation). It may take a while but avoids huge dealer bills. If this your first rangie make sure you have EAK code.(avoids lock-outs). Threads about that too.
Thats your sunday evening taken care of, digesting all that. Any queries start a thread in RR section.
PS. I`ve a l.h.d. ex-Belgian P38 & very few differences `tween l.& r. drives.

Just re-read your post. Better stick engine problem straight on RR section. Maybe sensor or engine management problem but I`d only be guessing with that.

thanks very much gtland. Will follow up your advice and start threasd in RR section.Think I can now adjust AES system, but the engine problem still eludes me. Am wondering if it could be the intercooler getting blocked, because on the turbo side of the intercooler, the air pressure is fantastic. At 3100 rpm it feels as if something is blocking the intake to the engine manifold. The problem here in Spain,Range Rover dealers dont have a clue, & charge you hundreds even to go through the door. Thanks again RON.
