Range Rover l322 help

I have a Range Rover L322, when the car is off and left over night the battery will drain down so will not start, if the stereo fuse is removed this isint a problem, any ideas? I have replaced the battery and alternator but still happening, any help or feed back will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance,

Might help if you tell us which fuse number you are pulling out.
