Range Rover L322 Dashboard Cupholder

Hi Everyone,
I know it is a very mundane request, but can anyone suggest a supplier for a replacement pop out cupholder for my Range Rover please? It is the passenger side dash mounted one and the spring has gone which makes it pop out. I cant find a part number or supplier anywhere, and think I may be forced to go to my local Land Rover garage (but need to save up first!)
Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed. I have the unit out but I cant see what is broken.

In case it helps the original part number was FBD000022PUY but this was superseded in 06MY by FBD000025PUY. They're about £50 from your Land Rover stealer.

Thanks Bemble, thats a great help. I have taken it apart but I dont think its fixable. I wonder why parts like that and part nos are so hard to find online? Do you have access to a LR dealer workshop manual or something? I also have a problem with my centre dash heater outlets. The roll switch that is mounted horizontally central which is supposed to control hot / cold is jammed. The green cable is connected as I have been able to remove the outlet to check. I guess the cable goes to a flap or something similar, but It wont operate. Any ideas on that one?
