Hello All,
Just wondering if you can give me some help,
i currently use the discovery part of the forum as i have one
But i now want to get a range rover, The shape i want is the P38 shape but i have no idea what i am looking out for, could you please advise me on the things to look out for etc,
When i search the net for one i always search for P38, is this correct?
Has the P38 got anything to do with the shape or is it just a model
ive also seen the P38 Vogue is this the top model?
I just want a high spec P38 shape 4.6, even though i know the thing is going to be terrible on fuel but i have to do it :D

Thanks

Mike

Hello Mike,

P38 I believe was the production building where these items were made,

Check out Autotrader.co.uk or NL Prices have fell in the UK due to fuel costs,

Just search for rangerover between 1995 to 2004 and you will find, you could always convert to LPG (tank can be fitted in spare wheel location)

Most of the problems I had on mine were, electrical, (Blend motors in the heater) Suspension problems (air pump) along with cylinder head (Desiel) orther than that that was about it.

One other point please ensure you get the correct EKA code (4pin number on dealers card) you may need this if you have any issues with a flat battery or door locks.

I must admit I own a freelander and am trying to talk MK4 to go back to a RR

Hope this is of some help, can any one advise any issues on the petrol engine!

Cheers Dutch RR
