Just seen a video re problems with keyless Entry problems which has occurred on my 2011 Range Rover Evoque 3 Door Dynamic on 3 occasions in the past 3 weeks, the latest this morning.
On the first occasion the Garage were unable to find a problem although I received a £171 diagnostic bill and the cost to replace 2 key fob batteries. The same problem occurred again 4 days later and on this occasion the car was locked, i unlocked it with the car with the emergency key and tried to start the car, nothing the car was dead. Whilst waiting for the recovery vehicle (4hours) I tried to start the vehicle , no luck, in annoyance i slammed the door and hey presto, the lights came on the mirrors opened and the car started.
The car was returned to the garage and over the next 3 days they checked and decided to replace a board that controls the aerial and bluetooth signals into the car. Drove away feeling confident and 1 week later ie today the same issue repeated itself.
I am now awaiting the recovery vehicle to get my car back to the garage (a recognised RR dealer and service centre), I will report back with further information as the problem progresses.
