range rover evoque 2013

hi. all
my screen has gone blank and system shut down. is it ok to replace with any screen model with same fittings. Or is it like for like, As i have trace fault to screen and not able to control cd player which is running in the background.

Try and keep to one thread as it just confuses us all as to what has been said, if you dont get reply's its not that its not been seen more that we dont know as fault has not come up before.
