Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can stop mud getting into my handbrake drum? I have been told this is why my handbrake is not working. I do alot of pretty heavy off roading and when i first bought the car the handbrake just about worked, but now it doesn't work at all.

I am planning on taking the drum to bits, cleaning it all up and then refitting it, but wondered if there was anything i could do whilst am doing this that would reduced the amount of mud getting inside?

OK cheers, thought it might be the case! Regularly cleaning it out is the only solution by the sounds of it then!

You should replace your handbrake and buy another one.
Uhm...What is the different of range rover into my rover 75?
