Range Rover 2.5 tds year 2000

Hi there;

I am willing to buy a second hand Range Rover 2.5tds made in 2000 with
90.000 km on it.

Is this a good 4x4 or, instead, it is know for some problems?

What I should search on such car in order to see whether it is all okay?

Any comment/review would be appreciated.
