hi new to disco 2 need a wee bit help ..when I opened the bonnet on 2000 v8 I noticed a very rusty plate about 3" by 8" with what looks like a rubber seal under it and fixed with nuts .its mounted on the drivers side bulkhead under the windscreen within the rain channel ..ive not a clue what this is I know it just needs changed ..can anyone help ..many thanks
